Nuclear War
The Pentagon has drafted a revised doctrine for the use of nuclear weapons that envisions commanders requesting presidential approval to use them to preempt an attack by a nation or a terrorist group using weapons of mass destruction. The draft also includes the option of using nuclear arms to destroy known enemy stockpiles of nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.
This is the land of confusion and this is the world we live in?
Of course if Iran gets the bomb, then the US could not invade, at least with the same level of confidence it currently has in it's ability to win, both militarily and politically. This is why Iran a country swimming in natural energy, seeks nuclear power?, Iran's leaders want a bomb, no matter what they may say publicly. America and Iran are playing a very dangerous game at present, the outcome could be nothing less than global nuclear war. Iran's nuclear program is being helped by the Russians, so escalation is possible, plus don't forget, their is also a religious battle of sorts going on, between the fundamentalist Christian right and the Islamic fundamentalists and Iran can be seen as the oil and the US can be seen as the match?
One wrong move - by either side, may end up with the whole world going up in smoke, of course if the West wins then a new world order may rise from the ashes, backed by Bush and friends? Intelligent design, is of course behind all this plotting and global maneuvering, maximizing votes at home by keeping the Christian right happy, whilst still showing the rest of the world, they are the No1 power in the world.
It's funny how the masses get caught up in these global power struggles, I remember watching an interview with an Iranian woman, who was said to be generally representative of Iran's populace and what I thought was really funny, was this, she was talking about her government, in much the same way, I talk about Bush. Anyway it occurred to me, that just maybe, the problem isn't with us, as in the masses, maybe it lies with the people who seek power? As the age old saying goes, those who seek power, shouldn't be allowed to have it.
I don't believe for one minute, that the masses in any country, want to wholly destroy the masses in any other country, so who's causing all the trouble then?
