I have no completed reviewing our meeting, and the documents and video that you supplied me. I would now like to pin down, more specifically what it will be that we will get.

If we were to come to a commercial relationship, what could we expect to receive from you. For example you talk about technologies and integration, but will there be documentation that is more specific than that, or are we paying to develop the concept, detailed as it is, in the documents you have supplied to date.

What are the commercial terms - i.e. a one off payment, a license, a payment and revenue share?

We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail passed on by Alan and make the following points-

1 We approached BT as a major communications player to develope this concept as we believe they have the technical ability and infrastructure necessary for speedy development and marketing unlike ourselves.

2 As to what is in it for you we believe this concept will generate £millions per day once everything is in place and will be self-financing.

3 Alan Keeling has suggested he would be happy to act as consultant on the technical development of the concept.

4 Commercial terms would be a payment and revenue share, and these terms can be negotiated.

We at Virtual Products Ltd. have always been well aware of the immence value of this concept and realise early development is essencial. It is vital we grab the major sites and stars before competitors.
