(Q) CAN A CONTROL MECHANISM BE PUT IN PLACE TO SAFELY INTRODUCE THESE TECHNOLOGIES?
(A) IT MAYBE POSSIBLE
THESE ARE THE REALLY BIG QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BECAUSE IF MARKET FORCES AND THE CAPITALIST IDEOLOGY DICTATE THE INTRODUCTION OF CERTAIN TECHNOLOGIES, THEN A CHAIN REACTION MAY OCCUR THAT COULD BE UNSTOPPABLE AND IT MIGHT JUST LEAD TO WAR.
THIS SECTION IS AN IN-DEPTH LOOK AT THE POSSIBILITIES OF WHAT MIGHT OCCUR, THAT'S IF THE HUMAN RACE DOES NOT WISE UP.
TERMINATOR 3 IN ESSENCE SAID IT BEST, IT WAS JUST SOFTWARE, THERE WAS NO CENTRAL SYSTEM, THERE WAS NOTHING TO DESTROY, IT WAS EVERYWHERE. THIS IS THE REAL TRUTH THAT THE WHOLE HUMAN RACE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND.
